Damaged Stucco

is when larger sections of stucco have separated from the wall.

Small portions, that separate from the wall, usually at corners, and can be patched, would be considered maintenance.

Damaged stucco indicates a more serious problem that would require replacement of the stucco and the underlying expanded metal lath.
